Me and photography :)
I love photography, yes I do! To me, photography is a kind of luxury, a kind of very interesting hobby beside than composing a memorial moment of your life. I love the good feeling when look at the superb result delivered by the camera...it's just so...priceless ! To me, any brand will do. Be it Nikon or Canon or Olympus or Pentax or Panasonic, they all does take good picture. It's all depend on your skills. Never put the blame on the DSLR because all of them also are well made, or else it won't be launched into the market anymore :)
How photography triggered my interest in it...I still remember my 1st time holding a camera when I was 5 years old, it was my parent's film point-and-shoot camera brand Konica. During those time, I know nothing about camera but I enjoy the fun of it. Snapping around even without film inside. Time flies and when I entered college, we've got photography class and that's how and where I pick up and built interest in photography field. My 1st SLR was the film Nikon F70. Bought it in the year of 2000 around MYR2800 but sadly, after my Photography class, I've abandon it because I cannot afford to wash the film and that time, DSLR has started to launched into the market and that time I can't afford any of those due to my low pay.
So I've put a stop in it until several years later, I started back with a simple entry level point and shoot Canon Powershot 3.2megapixel digital camera :) It was fun but never expect much. After that, I gained back my confident and interest on photography, and that time, my pay was better so I started to pick up myself back to the line again. My 2nd camera after the Canon Powershot was the Panasonic Lumix FZ28. It was fast, sharp with DSLR-alike functions & controls. Things got so excited but too bad, the low light result never convincing enough for me, this is where and when I sold it off and got myself a 1st DSLR, the Canon EOS 1000D that came with standard kit lens. It was in the late 2008 when I got my 1000D, and from that moment onward, photography has been very adventurous and it's part of my life now.
