Memory of my Micro Four Thirds
I was using the Canon 1000D and not long after that, these Mirror-less Micro Four Thirds camera has been launched and introduced into the photography market. It is small, compact, light weighted and very very capable, yes I mean it, it's very very capable! Don't be fooled by its small tiny size, but its picture can be as good as any DSLR out there and in fact, the image quality took from this Mirror-less able to surpass many Low and Mid Range DSLR out there. So never judge its small little size, it "bite and sting" harder than you ever think!
It's compact, light-weight and sharp...a stripped D-SLR!
Taken from E-PL1 with standard kit lens
In a very short period of time, I've owned two mirror-less camera and both also Olympus. I sold off my Canon 1000D and bought a used E-PL1 and after that I got it sold off and bought a brand new E-P2. The experience of these two PEN Series are totally identical and in fact, judging from Paper Sheet wise, E-PL1 offer much more better package especially the retractable Flash while E-P2 has got no Flash at all. But built wise, I can tell that the E-P2 felt more solid, heavier, higher quality material and handling wise is way more superior than the E-PL1. The buttons and dials are well placed thus I don't face any difficulties when shooting around with it.
Beside than it can produce a very very beautiful JPEG image quality, what I love most from the E-P2 is its Noise control. I don't have issue pushing the ISO level all the way until 1250ISO during dimmer condition. Another advantage of this E-P2, the Noise control is customizable from 100 all the way to 3200ISO and the noise handling was so well all the way until 1250ISO. Image quality on 1600ISO is useable too but I never push until that limit unless I needed to. Its Metering also very precise and the difference can be witness on the spot straight from its bright clear screen. I also love the Art Filter because it's so useful for creative shots. By using Vivid itself, the end result is so punchy and rich. There's no need to adjust the Contrast and Saturation anymore because it look very natural straight from the camera :) Another Art Filter I love to use is the B&W Grainy mode. It has the old nostalgic feel on it and the grainy control is very very soothing and very artistic to look at :)
If you ask me personally, I love the E-P2 a lot. Some may complain its slow AF pace but to me they are fine. End result is important for me and E-P2 has delivered and fulfilled its ability that earned my praise to it. I enjoy photographing around with my E-P2, really, it never disappoint me, never even once.

E-P2 with CCTV lens...
Why I chosen the Olympus for my mirror-less line up is simple because of its (IBIS) In-Body Image Stabilization. The advantage is very obvious due to we can throw in any legacy lenses from different makers and run it via proper designed adapter. Although disadvantages side are there is no electronic contact at all on the adapter so all the legacy lenses will work as Fully Manual Lens. Snapping around with legacy lenses are challenging, but again, since all the PEN Series is blessed with its IBIS, I've got no problem snapping around hand held in any situation :)
As seen on picture, attached is a Fujian CCTV 25mm F1.4 lens. It made be fully China made but the end result was surprisingly amazing! Below are some samples taken with this Fujian CCTV lens.
